03 Blessed Coins and Dreamtime Tea

The party began the day by securing and repairing a leaky rowboat, ingeniously using Hazuki Matcha as a sail and slashing wind to cross the river near the dam.

Upon reaching town, they found the Hand of Spring clinic under attack by Giant Centipedes, aided by a phantom gecko. After defeating the creatures, they spoke with Dr. Dami, who provided them with dreamtime tea to use against the buso.

The party then visited their homes to collect belongings before seeking out Granny Hu at the Exchange. Along the way, the party stops at Mothers Coil, an arcane shop. There, Hu decides to steal a spell scroll from the shop. The party also finds another shrine and manages to get the 3rd and final blessed coin.

Upon arriving at the exchange, the party meets Granny Hu and informs her of what they have seen so far. While agreeing with what Matsuki thinks should happen, she requested they investigate the disappearance of her grandchildren, last seen during the Reenactment festival first.

They discovered the children caught in a trap set by Jenkins, who had abandoned it out of boredom. After freeing the children, they safely returned them to Granny Hu and spent the night at the Exchange.
